Continuum Health Partners’ Institute for Head and Neck and Thyroid Cancer is headquartered in the Phillips Ambulatory Care Center in New York City, on Union Square. Surgical care is performed at a dedicated inpatient suite at Mount Sinai Beth Israel’s Petrie Division, 16th Street and First Avenue. A satellite facility is located 244 Westchester Avenue in White Plains, New York, to serve patients in Westchester County, upper New York State, western Connecticut, northern New Jersey and western Massachusetts.
